Miles of gorgeous trails and great home on the range!!
What I have available is one to two rooms for rent on several acres.
I would be sharing the house but you would have your own living room
and bathroom. There are two dining areas, a large kitchen, and the
master
bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub. There is horse boarding available and
pets
are more than welcome. The house is about 15 minutes from south
valley
on I25 near
Los Lunas and is really a convenient location. Five minutes
to
Wal-Mart and 15 to Albuquerque.
I have several options available depending on your needs. For
someone
wanting to give riding lessons or train horses on the property, your
rent
will include tack space, storage, office, corrals, access to round
pen,
free board for one horse, and your own area of house. Cost is $1200
and
partial utilities but willing to negotiate with right person.
Additional horse
boarding is negotiable. If you just need a place to stay
for you and your
horse but do not want to run any kind of service, board for you and
one horse would be $900 or $1200 for two people plus utilities.
Again, I'm always willing to negotiate.
Will work with you on cost, particularly if you are handy around a
house.
There are some fences, etc. I might like help on.
